Totally Terrible Wedding Cake Toppers

We’ve seen our share of bad wedding cake toppers, but these take the cake!!

These custom wedding cake toppers by ThumbPrint Kids are handmade sculptures that take months to create….and they’re certainly not cheap. A basic model is $2,800! While most of their work is beautiful and amazing, there were a few that were just plain tacky!!!

  7. It’s strange that people now want to make fun of their own wedding — “I’m too ironic for my wedding” sort of attitude.

    I wonder if couples who start out making fun of their wedding stay together. Of course, the cloying sweetie-sweet stuff is just as strange, but at least it’s in alignment with what is supposed to be a step taken in love.

  8. I don’t see the cake topper as being the ultimate form of mockery. There’s a difference between “having fun with” and “making fun of”.

    That being said, I DO like the French-Kissing skeletons and the caterpillars and the crows.

    And the mermice. Especially the mermice.
