Before she was on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, I found out Dina Manzo was on VH1′s My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding (via I’m Not Obsessed)
Expenses included $500,000 in flowers flown in from around the world, $10,000 for a Badgley Mischka couture gown, over $70,000 in entertainment, thousand dollar bottles of wine, 7-foot cake , bars carved out of ice, and even $50,000 for hand-blown glass butterflies. The wedding was almost $1.2 million dollars.
There are rumors that Dina and her husband have split up, and it would not surprise me considering he acts like a jerk the entire segment ( i.e. he laughs about cheating on her twice).
What did YOU think of the wedding?

Pete Simson shot this video with his roommates and rented out a local movie theatre (and supplied an audience) to propose to longtime girlfriend Hannah McDonagh in Bristol, England. The roomates shot the movie with Pete over three evenings and then edited the footage while the couple vacationed in Spain. Hannah thought they were just going to the movies for her birthday, and was “totally shocked” when her sweetie filled up the big screen.
Soulful lip-synching. Bold undies. Frollicking. Karate kicks. It’s all there.
She said yes!

They make the poor girl stand up there for a painfully long time, did he miss the cue? When he does get up there though, it’s pretty cute.

I thought this was pretty cool. 60,000 photos, 9,600 prints! Must have taken forever!

These weddings look like they were a lot of fun, especially ones where the guests dress up.
This Star Wars wedding is my favorite:

From the Bride, Jennifer:
“The story behind [the wedding] was that we’d been married before, and I told my husband the only way I’d get married again is if it was with Elvis in Vegas, and he said the only way he’d do it again is if it was on the bridge of the Enterprise. Luckily, Vegas is the only place where one could have done that, so that’s where we went. To date, that’s the only Star Trek wedding with Elvis. It was fun and entertaining (we had a fantastic Elvis), and definitely a once in a lifetime event.”

In this viral video hit, a guy proposes to his girlfriend with a highly choreographed routine at Disneyland. Many (like the folks over at Jezebel) think that this is just a staged publicity stunt for Disney, but either way, I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

Not really sure what is going on here, but apparently, this is a gypsy wedding. Black long nails, gold lined veil with gold hoop earrings, bra straps showing, and random white armbands make for quite a colorful getup.
